Key Items to Remember 

1. The application deadline is May 1 for summer and fall semester classes and December 1 for spring semester classes.  Since you have already been attending classes on a University of Nebraska system campus (UNO or UNK), you will need to fill out a change of campus application instead of the traditional application.   

2. All department scholarship information is sent to admitted students in February of each year.  Scholarship applications are due each year around March 15.  Transfer students from UNO or UNK are not eligible for UNL transfer scholarships, but are eligible for our Department scholarships.  If you are applying for federal financial aid, fill out your FAFSA as soon as possible after the first of the year.  

3. Thirty of your last 36 hours must be taken at UNL.
