RESEARCH INTERESTS:

I do not have a research appointment, however, I am involved in the propagation and reintroduction of blowout Penstemon, the only endangered plant species in Nebraska. Involved in studies that will increase acreage devoted to commercial nursery production in the state.

MAJOR PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

No research appointment, however, I am involved in the propagation, production and reintroduction to the Sandhills area of blowout Penstemon, the only endangered plant species in Nebraska. This involves all facets of propagation and greenhouse production of this endangered plant species as well as studies on the limitations on reintroductions. Primary investigator for six year study to increase nursery production in Nebraska.

EXTENSION INTERESTS:

Ornamental and Floriculturist specialist, State of Nebraska, primarily with commercial interest in the above mentioned areas.
